What You Will Learn

After so many years of practicing and teaching Taoist energy practices and meditations I want to share some practices with you that can help transform and prevent conditions in your sexual organs and breasts. Like menstrual problems, hormonal problems or infertility. So if you are ready to learn a practice that you need to continue for 2 months (2 menstrual cycles), this course is for you.

You will learn simple meditations that boost your self esteem by learning to forgive, forget and letting go as well as physical internal Qigong exercises that energize and detox your body and create an inner balance. An important practice for adult females is the energy Egg exercise, it is named like this because practicing with the egg gives a woman energy and it is very healing.
