The prerequisites for self healing  on a physical, mental and spiritual level is the Inner Smile meditation and the Six Healing Sounds, followed by the Microcosmic Orbit. You need to rise your internal emotional energy to feel the Microcosmic Orbit – this orbit is very healing as it balances all your energy centers (chakras) and with it your hormonal energy. What I want to say is that by practicing these meditative practices for some time you feel emotionally better, with less emotional dips. The Microcosmic orbit meditation is a fun practice when you feel the orbit, you feel it like electricity when it passes your tongue. It is a spiritual practice, the beginning of a great transformation.
