Morning Exercises for Woman




To exercise our body and mind in the morning is a good habit. Because most women need to exercise and keep Chi and blood circulating in the body. A lack of exercises is cause of many health problems in our society.

The first part consists of simple warm-up exercises. In second part Inner Smile meditation. In third part we practice Ovarian Breathing. The last part is called Stem cells Chikung.
