The practice of Iron Shirt Chikung develops a high level of moral and spiritual awareness. One goal of the practice is to keep our physical body in good condition in the physical plane in order to store more Chi energy for further use in higher level of spiritual plane.

Iron Shirt is one of the most important exercises because through its practice one learns rootedness to Mother’s Earth energy. The Iron Shirt Chikung practice uses the practice of breathing to increase the Chi pressure in the body.
