Chi Nei Tsang (CNT) is a therapeutic massage and meditation technique for activating and cleansing the internal organs of the abdomen. The Taoist ways of ancient China have found that we often develop energy blockages in the internal organs that lead to knots and entanglements in the abdominal area. These blockages occur in the centre of our body where our vital functions operate and hinder the flow of energy.

Tok Sen Healing Harmony, or Chi Nei Tsang III, is the technique to clear blocked energy. Originally it was called Sen Sip in the Thai system of massage, which was used for numerous functions, including healing and maintenance of a healthy body. The unique and special feature of this treatment is the emphasis on the ten major energy channels. These “wind” channels are related to those found in Chinese medicine. There is also a relationship to traditional acupressure.

Tao Energy Basic practices & Sexual Alchemy for men and women – Barcelona, Spain & Online / September 9th-11th (ENG/ESP)
In this 3-days workshop, we’ll practice the foundational Universal Healing Tao meditations and exercises together and we’ll discuss the basis of Taoism, self-healing, wellness and spirituality. This workshop is both for beginners to the Universal Healing Tao as well as students with some experience.
