A warm hello to all of you,

Soon this year comes to an end and I don’t want to miss wishing you happy holidays and a healthy and happy new year.

I wish you find some time to reflect on this year and set the goals for the year 2018. Sometimes it’s difficult to know how we really want to change in a new year. It is so much easier to just keep your dreams on the surface, but deep, transformational changes are much harder to realize.
We are people of habit, once we have established a bad habit, a life threatening life style, it seems difficult to step out of it.
Often we try to manipulate our own mind by soothing it with thoughts like:

So many of my ‘friends’ do it too and they don’t have a problem with it.
I am a good person but society (family, neighbors, colleagues) would not accept my life style if they’d know.

There are so many ways of cheating ourselves to make us feel better.
As long as we accept that there is something that we could do better for our health and happiness we are on the right track.

It is good that we have a calendar and that we have a new year every year. This gives us a time to reflect because a year has come to an end and a new year is about to be born.

Transformations should to be realized on an emotional level first. Suppressing a destructive habit is not a lasting solution as it will flare up when we connect with the same people again. People who have the same habit. Or the habit that we want to transform flares up again when we feel stressed.
I recommend to practice the Six Healing Sounds every day. Turning your senses inwardly and connecting to your true self is the way out of your calamities.
